This past week has felt a bit out of sorts. It started with some sort of mild bug that jettisoned everyone from their own individual routines. Nothing major, but enough. Coupled with a very last minute and perhaps ill-advised desert adventure careening into focus, things have been a bit… hectic.
If we learned anything from last year, its that while a calendar can help with planning, its up us to find the balance.
This week:
Remus turns 19
Jen goes ice climbing
Frankie reads wayside
Planning for a desert race

Little bit out of sorts this week. Had some sort of weird bug that presented as a headache and not much else. For whatever reason it was enough to blow up my routines anyway.
In other news, Remus turned 19 this week. 19! Congrats buddy.
Remus turned 19 this past week. Jen went ice climbing. Frankie’s reading wayside, and I’m preparing for a trip to the desert.
Adventure season approaches and if we’re to have learned anything from last year its that it is possible to do too much. that while a calendar can help you plan, it won’t say “no” for you.
If we’re to have learned anything from last year, its that while a calendar can help you plan, it won’t actually find balance for you.
