Without looking back over the log here’s what I remember from the week:
Jen’s Grand Canyon trip had a wrench thrown in it when they announced that Bright Angel isn’t going to open on time.
Spent time getting organized for a new zine project. That’s involved using a digital(!) project planner, physical files, and of course, actually making zines.
Closed a few books I wasn’t in the mood for.
Went to the library and got some different ones.
Finished Wayside! On to something new (Hatchet)
Lots of snow! Also lots of sun and wind. Spring is confusing.
A very long run.
Work has been crazy busy - I’m in the process of hiring another design engineer for the team - but for now it’s a case of slowing down to speed up.
Taxes.
Regarding the Minecraft movie - apparently there are audience participation memes that I’m too old to get. I’m OK with that - hard not to smile when you’re surrounded by so much joy. Chicken Jockey?
