10 years ago or so I wrote a comic about time travel. It was written and drawn during a 24 hour comic day. That’s an event where you try to complete a 24 page comic in 24 hours. I had a loose idea around a time machine but beyond that this comic sort of wrote itself. At the time, Robert the character existed only as a few panels in an experimental comic installation I had exhibiting at a local gallery.
I was quite shocked, not only at finishing this entire comic well within the limit but also at how cohesive it ended up being. It’s not perfect by any means, but that’s OK, there’s always next time.
